Casey B. Stringer is Managing Member of BROUGHTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LLC.  He is the former Director at HESS Construction + Engineering where he was responsible for minority business compliance for state and local government contracts.  During his tenure at HESS, Casey also developed a Mentor-Protégé Program to promote CBE and MBE growth and development for local area firms.  Prior to working for HESS, Mr. Stringer served as the Principal and Owner of an SBA 8 (a) Construction Company specializing in drywall, acoustical ceilings, and metal framing construction for commercial and government facilities.

In addition to his many years of successful business operations, Mr. Stringer’s hands on approach and dedication to quality craftsmanship and cost efficiency make the difference for award winning projects and accolades throughout the region.  Casey’s construction management experience and accomplishments include:

• In 2011 BROUGHTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY was named as one of the Washington Business Journals 50 Fastest Growing Companies
  
  
• In 2010 Mr. Stringer was recognized as one of the Mid-Atlantic Regions ‘Top 100 MBE Firms’
  
  
• Mr. Stringer managed over 300,000 square feet of interior construction for the award-winning Gaylord National  Harbor Resort and Convention Center
  
  
• Mr. Stringer managed the perimeter site work for the Ronald Regan Building which represents the 2nd largest federal building facility, the Pentagon being the first.
  
  
• Mr. Stringer was awarded the Blue Chip Enterprise Award as the nation’s leading small business by Nations Business Magazine.
